weeks later.
Our and Your Legal Requirements.
- We
cannot design or Upload material which is deemed unlawful or
contravenes Scots, English, EU or International Law or ISP rules.
- This
covers Pornography, Racist, Hate or Potentially libellous material.
- We
will advise you in site content for your safety.
- We
have the facility to create private sites that require the user to enter a
password etc, prior to viewing, but again this is not a means to hide
unlawful material, but to protect your private site. Perhaps you only wish
club members to view certain areas.
- In
the unfortunate event that unsuitable material is given to us, we will in
the first place advise you. If it warrants involvement of your ISP or other
parties we will inform you in writing of our thoughts prior to any action
being taken. We are adult, and will act thus, but always within the rules.

Very small site, no images and simple design, text etc provided by you on
disc etc – perhaps your CV or latest novel
- Under £50 or we’ll negotiate depending on size.
3.
Large Hobby, Interest or Club/Fan sites, costs will depend on sourcing
images, graphics and copy text. £250
and upward, but again, you will get a complete breakdown of prices prior to any

completed will be given free advice, your site on CD and any documentation you
require, this will be agreed initially and will be included in the complete
price package.
6.
Customers who wish us to maintain their site will pay the initial agreed
costs and then we can agree a fair price, based on frequency of updates, photo
visits etc. Again, open and fair
negotiation with discounts for those who require our undivided attention.
7.
As part of our service, we will advise you in all matters relating to
your site ideas and suggest ways to save time and money with its creation. If
you just can’t be bothered making a site or feel its too daunting, we’ll do
it for you, but you can save time and costs if you have images, text and ideas
to hand. With this we can quickly make up a test site, get your approval and get
it on the NET.
Hopefully this document covers all you require, but if not,
just call or send us your question by email – we’ll get right back to you.
