My practise involves working one-to-one with private clients, small groups and corporate work. I am especially interested in assisting people to improve the quality of their daily life through self-development. This may mean overcoming a fear, improving performance, achieving a goal, changing your behaviour, my job is to assist you with the change

As a Therapist the aim of my Therapy is to help individuals to improve the quality of their lives, by helping them to help themselves….To do this I use therapeutic tools from a variety of disciplines: Relaxation & meditation, breathing techniques, NLP, and Hypnotherapy. Within my practise I have assisted a vast range of clients to overcome a variety of issues and achieve many different goals. I aim to provide all of my clients with coping strategies and techniques that can use on their own everyday.

Within my work I have a keen interest in the proactive benefits of therapy… In Sport, Work and Play any area of your life that you want to change and improve.

We can make a good performance become GREAT.

My experience also includes working with the more familiar issues that you may require help with, including Stop Smoking, Weight Loss, Fears & Phobias, Improving Self-Esteem, Relaxation and Stress Management.

The Stress Management sessions can be tailored for one-to one Private or Business clients and groups up to a maximum of 10, Business Groups are carried out on the clients’ premises to maximise the use of time.
